"This hotel in Haneda airport is ideal for those making short trip in Tokyo. Very convenient & easy access to subway train, JR & monorail and is way better & faster to get into Central Tokyo than using Narita airport. Moreover the amenities is fantastic."

"The hotel was amazing. Very clean and Beautiful. Rooms are Small compared to Hotel rooms back home, but we don't stay in the room much so its really not a big deal. Staff was very nice and friendly and understand basic English which was nice because my Japanese is terrible. Area is a little rough especially at night, but that's not the Hotels fault. Would stay there again. "

The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day, offering a solid variety and good quality. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. "I recently stayed at Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Ariake and had a very comfortable experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and located in a peaceful area with convenient access to public transport and shopping. The rooms were spacious for Tokyo standards, with thoughtful amenities and great attention to cleanliness. The staff was polite and helpful, though there were moments where communication in English was a bit challenging — but they always made the effort to assist. The on-site facilities, including the public bath and dining options, were excellent additions to our stay. My only minor complaint was that the check-in process felt a bit impersonal due to the use of kiosks, and I wish there were more kid-friendly activities available on-site, especially since we were traveling with a child. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it for families or anyone looking for a quiet, well-appointed hotel in Tokyo."

"It was a really decent sized room and clean! Could put suit case under bed which means it wasn’t cluttering the floor. Spacious bathroom. Has an air con and also a room heater is needed. Bright space. Can request more pillows if needed!"
