"The room was spotless and laid out in very neat manner The hotel staff were very professional and friendly. The hotel is located in a practical area not far from a train station. We had breakfast during our stay at the hotel, which was a mix of western and Japanese foods. All very good and recommended. A short walk into town offers a variety of local restaurants. We ate at a few of them. The restaurant staff in each case was very helpful on how to order. Enjoy the stay at the hotel. Highly recommended. "

The only issue we encountered was the elevator, as the wait times were too long. I hope the hotel can address this to improve the overall guest experience. "

"Place was amazing to stay at! The rooms can be a little small but they’re upfront about the size. It’s really amazing for solo and possibly couple. Staff went above and beyond and same with cleaning service. Definitely would recommend!"

"Extremely clean and comfortable but small rooms. Can fit luggage under bed so really space was adequate. Perfect location for me. Check in was a little rough, but not terrible. Suggest not arriving right at check in time if you want to avoid a wait. That said, wait wasn't terrible; I'm just impatient. Given the price, it is well deserving of five stars."

"Large room with two double beds. Spotlessly clean. Very helpful staff. Great value evening and breakfast buffets. Nice leisure centre, but have to pay 1600 yen. Super airport transfer bus services. They also run a free drop off and pick up to Narita station and shopping centre.and shopping centre"

"It was great. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, room was well equipped and clean and the bathroom and shower were awesome. Its at a really nice location and close to a lot of restaurants."
