"One of the best family and regional small hotel we have visited in 20 years in Crete. They really are very small hotel, familial style but they do their best to provide high level services: multiple pool, breakfast, sun towels. Amazing quality for price. "When booked the hotel was described as a “resort” which is why we planned the detour to its location. Upon arrival there was no staff to welcome us - a text to the number on the locked door was quickly returned with a lock box code to grant us enterance to our studio apartment. The advertised laundry facilities were not available for use, the swimming pool while open was in great need of maintenance or filtering ( both) and as such was not an attractive option for the afternoon.
