"Hotel was run down and nothing like pictures. Was placed on 4th floor with no working elevator. The room was not clean and shower stained and dirty. Immediately checked out even forfeiting cost (nonrefundable) because it was so bad."

"Staff was very friendly. We didn’t need anything from them but they were always at the desk and kind. I would give them 4 or 5 stars. The hotel wasn’t in very good condition. Our room felt sticky and dirty. Bathroom had whisker shavings on the tissue, toilet, counter. I had to clean it up. Just…. ..."
