"It was all ok, I had brought my family, it was nice. Only negative would have been when I asked a staff member if they had a microwave and he laughed and said most people that stay there don’t eat left overs so they don’t have micro waves. I felt a bit embarrassed from the way the he responded. But I clarified to him it was to hear up my daughters formula "

However, I wasn't able to check in until 5:30 p.m. (despite a 3:00 p.m. request) due to internal issues. While I understand things happen, there was no offer to adjust the rate for the lost time, which was disappointing given the high price point. Additionally, the property felt poorly maintained—there was visible trash and the front door was shattered. Unfortunately, it didn't feel like a good value for the money."
