Kyle, thank you for your feedback, we do have a shuttle service that is operational from 4am-midnight, with 24 hour reservation for shuttle pickup* (subject to 35.00 fee if booked through a third party.) We would be glad to accommodate you. We also have a park and fly package we offer guests who are wanting to rent a room and leave their vehicle on our lot during their travels.

We love to have our guests inhouse feedback and strive to ensure everyone has a great and memorable experience. We have checked the pool, it is set to the correct temperature, and functioning properly. It is a heated pool, but it will not get as hot as our Hot Tub. We are sorry if the temperature did not suite your needs and felt cold. We have replied to your concerns via message and we do hope that you will give us another change to change your mind in the future.
