Room was clean, breakfast was actually really good. Only downside is parking. Sharing a parking lot with a dinner makes it kinda hard to park especially in a pickup. Overall good value for what i got.

Beds were comfortable, but sofabed was unusable for our son - mattress thin and could feel all the springs. Pillows were lumpy. Breakfast was good and the kids had fun in the pool.
