"We arrived after visiting Ellora Caves. There is no road to the hotel and it's very dangerous to get there. Once we arrived, the hotel staff did not have our reservation. There was no manager on site and the staff could not get in touch with the manager. There was no food or drinks available so we had to go to town to eat. The main boy, Rahul, was very hospitable and accommodating. If it was not for his willingness to check us in and help, we would have left. There was a fan and AC and the bed...

"My room smelt heavily of cleaner, when I complained, the assistant manager turned up with another spray which I refused. Then plugged in an air purifier after telling me no otger rooms were free. Was too tired, and disappointed. Next day the room was changed with no compensatory gesture but my experience was entirely different. They should have acted sooner.otherwise would have given 5 star for value."
