We stayed in an over the water, sunset villa. The room was great and the view was great. Arriving by seaplane was an added bonus to the trip. It felt like we were arriving at the "White Lotus". The food was great and the drinks were even better."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fushifaru in the Maldives, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always attentive (Chelsea and Iqbal come to mind!) and genuinely friendly. The overwater villa we stayed in was breathtaking—spacious, beautifully designed, and offering stunning views of the turquoise ocean. Waking up to the sound of gentle waves and having direct access to the water for a morning swim was an unforgettable experience. The resort’s dining options were phenomenal, offering a great mix of international and Maldivian cuisine. Every meal was a delight, with fresh seafood, exquisite flavors, and impeccable presentation. Special mention to Chef Rishad for making our destination dining experience extra special. The activities were equally amazing! From snorkeling among vibrant coral reefs to a relaxing sunset cruise, there was never a dull moment. The spa was also a highlight—soothing treatments in an overwater setting made for the ultimate relaxation. "this is an amazing property the staff are amazing and very caring and accommodating. the island is great and there are many different excursions you can go on. it is very safe and all the local people on the island are sooo welcoming there is a mosque which is a 5min walk from the hotel. we had the penthouse room and it was amazing they decorated the room for us aswel and the views were amazing "

"What a place! Reethi Beach Resort surpassed all our expectations. Our overwater villa was beautiful, and the house reef is incredible - even just snorkeling a few metres from the beach, we saw turtles, sharks, and countless fish. The food was excellent. The main buffet had plenty of variety and themed evenings, and there were always some fresh cooking stations. We also ate at Reethi Grill twice (delicious) and had lunch at Moodhu a few times, where we saw sharks and rays swimming below. Lastly, the staff were all lovely and very friendly. If you're looking for a relaxed, authentic stay in the Maldives, where the marine life comes first and the WiFi comes last, this is the place for you. It was the perfect place to switch off and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff mentioned that the resort is being refurbished very soon, and I really hope it keeps its charm."

"Our honeymoon at Kuredu exceeded all expectations, ranking among our most cherished travel experiences alongside our adventurous backpacking trips through Thailand and the Philippines. We were fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade to one of the exquisite water villas, which granted us access to the exclusive Sangu restaurant. The private dining experience at Sangu was absolutely exceptional and would be worth every penny of the upgrade (thankfully we didn’t pay). While I typically prefer exploring new destinations rather than returning to the same place, Kuredu has completely won me over - it's the rare resort that I would gladly revisit!"
