"Nice studio apartment to stay at in a residential area. Make sure you don't forget your phone inside as a code is the only way to get in, no key! The only downside is the traffic noise from outside, almost impossible to sleep with the windows open so it got quite hot inside."

"Hotel is in good location, looks very normal and nothing fancy from outside, room is very modest but comfy. Size of the room is good. Breakfast is bery good experience. Fresh warm food, nice pastry, jogurt with fruits and nuts. Honestly did not expect that breakfast is much better than some of fhe much more expensive hotels. Service is very pleasant for the reception and for breakfast. It seems they really enjoy doing what they do and everything just works here! Also they have the blood sausage...

"Location was great for us. Close to the Särkänniemi amusement park and also close to city center. Minus was cleaning and that there were no aircon. Flat did get very very hot even when it was only partly sunny day. Shower floor drain didn't work. It was full of human hair and grease. Airwentilation full of dirt. Dust under, on top and behind every furniture's."

"This is a high rise hotel with coded doors which helps if checking in late. Plenty of space in a good size room. Good size bathroom as well. The balcony is super tiny so not one you could spend time on. The parking cost (12€) was less than was expected as we left early in the AM. Overall, a beautiful area and very nice room."

"Fantastic concept. Great hotel, staff and room. Delivered on every scale. Very happy I stayed at Unity and will definitely stay with them again. Breakfast was £14 but worth it. Facilities in room great. Super comfy bed and lovely linen. Perfection would have been underfloor heating in bathroom….but I can live without that. No view of lake but so close. Gym great. Sauna great. Only pizza available on site so recommend shop before you arrive. I will potentially look for a longer stay next...
