Beautiful property, the decor is modern and it felt new. The rooms are spacious and the views are incredible. I found the staff to be genuinely lovely, they take time to say hello and check in with you as you enter or leave the hotel. The hotel is unbelievably stunning. Every person we saw walking past the entrance looked in at the immaculate decor and architecture. The staff went above and beyond at every opportunity. Unknown to the staff I had a family bereavement the day before my stay (and 30th birthday) and I was quite emotional travelling to the hotel. A recently renovated villa. It offers good service and an excellent restaurant. There is a free car park and it is a short uphill walk to the splendours of Labin's old town. There is some traffic noise from the neighbouring road.

Excellent hotel in a stunning location with great views and a lovely infinity pool. Room was much larger than expected and had a very unique design. Food was lovely, breakfast had lots of options but all were done to a very high quality. Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Many of the Roxanich wines on sale by the glass in the bar which were very reasonably priced. Would love to return at some point!

Very well appointed apartment in a great location. Really enjoyed the outdoor patio also, extending the overall living space. Everything worked well and Avior team were very responsive.

We spent two nights here and visited Venice during one day. Hotel located within few minutes of boarding point for boat to Venice so we were able to eat breakfast before 8.00 am departure. 2nd visit to the hotel , has been effectively refurbished since last time and found all staff including reception staff friendly and helpful. Lots of sunbeds unlike other hotels which you can place in shade under trees . Lovely pool area and restaurant/ bar. Easy to reach beautiful old town of Rovinj with its plentiful bars and restaurants. Beautiful forest walks next to hotel together with many excursions on offer .

Beautiful Hotel within lovely grounds, peaceful and relaxing. Staff were all professional, smiley and helpful, cannot fault them. No fighting for space by the pool or the lawned area with plenty of space around you. Bike hire was great way to get out to explore. Rovinji town was so beautiful to look at, lovely places to eat & drink, something going on in the Piazza every night. Lovely harbour. The whole place is so clean you feel you could eat straight off the floor! Very safe place too.

Incredible hotel, one of the best I’ve stayed at in all of Europe. Very intelligently designed, rooms are spacious, staff is super helpful, and right on the water. Don’t miss out on the breakfast buffet, and if you have dietary restrictions like me, just ask the staff and they will make sure you leave happy and fat. Don’t hesitate, you won’t regret it.

Lovely house in the middle of the old town.

We stayed at Monumenti Hotel Pula and it was honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff took care of us from the moment we arrived and made everything feel effortless. It was my 25th birthday during our stay, and they went above and beyond to make it feel extra special, such a thoughtful touch that meant a lot. Beautiful hotel, amazing service, and a team who genuinely care. Would highly recommend.
