Kandi & Lalbag Trip

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Amenities were great. Excellent location. Best casino around.

The room was amazingly clean. The online assistant was responsive and helpful. Luggage staff were friendly, helpful, and kind. The early check in did not work. The quick check out on the machine did not work because there was a charge that we did not make. It would be good to know that you cannot even move the mini bar items. Precious time was wasted.

The room i had was amazing. Ultra vista room. Had fantastic view of strip and bellagio fountains. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly
