"Everything was excellent but when I checked in I was directed to go to the kiosk to get a tag for my car. I did not appreciate getting a sales pitch & asked to go to some seminar. Maybe a brochure would be better. "
"I loved it as soon as I opened the door. The only reason I didn't rate it excellent for the staff is because there is no person in the lobby, but the room was so clean and quaint. Definitely older but very well kept. The beds, pillows, and sheets were so comfy. The bathroom and little kitchenette area were spotless. Really nice place to sit out behind the property and view a covered bridge and some fall colors and lots of peace and quiet. Very close to several great places to eat as well. It was nice being off the main highway, and not hearing all of the traffic. She "

"The resort was amazing! I highly recommend and we will be back. The only issue was out of 5 nights, nobody ever came in to clean. When I was initially checking in I had heard a guest requesting her room to be cleaned, I was surprised to hear her request but after multiple days of going to guest services and requesting the same thing. I was disappointed. We had to continuously call for towels and it was a bit disappointing coming back to the room each day and seeing that they never came. "
