They then showed me around and proceeded to assist with carrying luggage up the stairs to my room, above and beyond customer service - as with everywhere in Japan. "We loved our stay here! The staff were exceptionally welcoming and the hotel was beautiful! We got one of the corner rooms, and we highly recommend it. On our first night, there was a huge thunderstorm, and we enjoyed sitting next to the corner window with snacks and drinks while we watched the storm. If we ever make it back to Kanazawa, we will definitely stay here again!!"

"Loved the more Japanese-style in the hotel and room. Walking around barefoot and in the jinbei was a lovely experience in itself.
The room was sufficient and clean and came with helpful baskets to bring your towels to the onsen. It also had a hair dryer which is not mentioned on the room amenities on here.
The onsen was fantastic with the three pools and sauna. It was a very relaxing time and I appreciated the late-night hours."
