"Friendly staff and a nice but not great hotel, but for the price and location I thought it was excellent value. Close to everything, plenty of good restaurants nearby. Would I stay there again, yes."
"The friendly staff greeted me at the door, spoke enough english so check-in was easy and quick. They then showed me around and proceeded to assist with carrying luggage up the stairs to my room, above and beyond customer service - as with everywhere in Japan. A nice quiet accommodation with an instant friendly warmth when you walk through the door. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here."

"Fantastic bathroom with steam shower and full bath. Spacious room. Modern hotel. In room foot massager. Super close to market, department store and convenience stores. "
"Loved the more Japanese-style in the hotel and room. Walking around barefoot and in the jinbei was a lovely experience in itself.
The room was sufficient and clean and came with helpful baskets to bring your towels to the onsen. It also had a hair dryer which is not mentioned on the room amenities on here.
The onsen was fantastic with the three pools and sauna. It was a very relaxing time and I appreciated the late-night hours."
