"A lovely place to stay in Kanazawa. Comfortable and quiet with lovely staff. The only issue we had was communication on breakfast booking. We stayed for 3 nights but as hadn't pre booked could not have breakfast - even though we tried with the night before and 2 days in advance."

"This property was extremely clean and the host was amazing at communicating and greeting us upon arrival. The location is perfect; walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. The washer and dryer were a bonus. The roof top deck was great for morning coffee with a view. We absolutely loved our stay here and wished it had been longer. We highly recommend this apartment hotel."

"We had a great stay here. Convenient location. Hitty gave us a nice tour of the property and booked our bus tickets to shirakawa-go which we might not have got otherwise. Perfect."

"The friendly staff greeted me at the door, spoke enough english so check-in was easy and quick. They then showed me around and proceeded to assist with carrying luggage up the stairs to my room, above and beyond customer service - as with everywhere in Japan. A nice quiet accommodation with an instant friendly warmth when you walk through the door. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here."

"This is a simple, austere hotel very well located just a short walk from the main station. The room was a little bit small but clean and well appointed. A good valued hotel."
