Everything was fine, the staff was helpful. Especially, Jude from Front Desk, Anjali from Rooms who helped with an early morning support. The entire restaurant team was very warm.
However, we had one problem - we felt our room temperature rising in the night. During the day the panel showed 22 Degrees, then we bring it down on the control panel, but we realized much later during the course of our stay that the temp was not actually coming down. Then we called the reception, and explained that the panel was not working....surprisingly, we found the temperature came down to 18 Degrees, without even the technician coming to our room to check...
This was quite intriguing. How could a technical glitch be managed without the technician coming to our room??
This means they had kept the temperature stable from a different control panel. May be the previous guest would have asked for the same. But shouldnt the management of the AC thermostat be left for the guest to manage.
We spent nearly 4 nights out of our 5 night stay thinking that the temperature actually coming down to 18 Degrees. Since we were having a long day during the course of our stay, we simply crashed after bringing the temperature on the panel to 18 Deg, and woke up feeling warm. On the final day, we informed the reception and the temperature actually came down....
