Very good excellent. From room service to the kitchen every one was brilliant and the service given was unbelievable it was like personal service. Chef Arif what a chef. Always eveready for any help and explanation on every recipe on the table. Lounge supervisor Hana what a person was always available for any help. At the front desk mr Mohammad what a gentleman help us in every way and also his colleague mr shafiek what a gentleman. All this people named and also some of them which I don’t know their names were excellent. All of them went way beyond their way to give us an excellent stay. If I can give 100 stars that will still not enough. Loved it.

For birdwatch, should bring the guest to the kayak area where more exclusive bird hang around and not lobby and dinning. Nature walk is quite nice but need a bit more training. For both, best ...
