Love love love everything about this hotel. No regrets. Would definitely go again.

My stay was satisfactory, although it did not fully meet my expectations based on the pictures presented on Expedia. The showerhead did not function properly, which was disappointing. However, I would like to commend the staff for their friendliness and helpfulness throughout my visit.

The location , the staff ,the grounds , the beach area , the pool area , the beach front breakfast area and food all excellent. Lovely large clean room , plenty of large bottled drinking water in room as well as fridge, kettle, hairdryer and iron . Plenty of cupboard / hanging space etc . Staff all pleasant and always greeting you with hello and a smile and eager to help . Will definitely book this hotel in future . Well done Pelangi Beach resort!!

All the staff gave 5 star service. Everyone was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. On my first night my room 126 had noisy traffic outside but staff moved me next day to 123 which was much appreciated. My room looked onto the lovely pool area.
