Kampung Jelebu Trip

Great location. Modern unit, very clean but starting to show some wear and tear. Check in efficient and communication good. Only annoying thing was they only gave us one key….a bit ridiculous when your apartment is on the 50th floor and you have a 2 bedroom apartment with four people in it.

Hotel is located at the non high end part of Bukit Bintang which you would appreciate if you are into bustling night life and crowds. Staff are consistently friendly all the time and the rooms are large and modern. Would stay here again the next time I am at KL.

Customer service was great, pretty good communication, Shohedul went beyond on anything that he could help us at any time.

Very professional and helpful hotel staff especially Edmund. The infinity pool is absolutely fantastic with a good view and walking distance to shopping mall.
