Just needed a place to stay for a night and chose Hotel 57 because it is near to my girlfriend's apartment.
This is my second visit to this hotel and it came to such a disappointment that the bathroom sink was filthy dirty with black fungus on the top of the sink near the wall.
It was too late to change rooms and I was tired, so needed to wash up and just sleep.
I had to use toilet paper to cover the dirty area as it is not pleasant to look at.
I've been a hotelier previously for 10 years and I have never came across such unhygienic bathroom.

Room ok but 1) no window, 2) main light switch not easy to locate, 3) could hear through walls, 4) electricity would cut out when getting into room and AC kicks on.

the bed is not plush type, can feel the springs :/ hard on the edges so when you try to get off the bed it can be quite uncomfortable when dangling legs over the edge of the bed. toilet is well maintained, clean. staff receives most points for being courteous and kind.
