"Great location - walking distance to the main railway station and Metro but a Very corporate hotel much more suited to business stays so not the best experience for us for a number of reasons. Check in took ages and I was charged again for a pre-paid reservation which then took another visit and another 10 minutes to resolve (i think it was resolved - will be checking my CC as it was all a bit vague). They don't clean the rooms until day 3 (you can ask we discovered) - that's OK but would have expected more from a hotel at this price point and * rating. Certainly replacing towels given there is no heated towel rail so using damp towels is not great. Also no replacement tea/coffee felt a bit penny pinching. Breakfast was OK but I wouldn't say brilliant. For starters trying to get a seat in the Canteen like breakfast room was a challenge - too many tables for 6 and 8 which may work for midweek conferences but didn't feel right for a weekend leisure stay. Seemed to always be out of milk. You have to pay extra for anything except filter coffee. And closing time means closing time - everything is whisked away on the dot and you feel pressured to get out. Our Superior Room was nice but a king bed was 2 singles and 2 duvets so again not quite what we had in mind for a romantic leisure trip."

"Hotel was lovely room was comfortable and bathroom sauna was great. restaurant for Dinner food was lovely and breakfast was nice good selection. Close to restaurants and shops and tourist attractions Great location!!"

"A nice hotel close to the centre of Helsinki. Everything clean. Room rather small. However large enough for one. Struggled with access to the hotel as no staff and reliant on a door access code. Thought breakfast was included as included one of my Expedia hotel filters … but sadly was not. For breakfast you have to go to a nearby restaurant. Similarly there was meant to be a gym. Again off site with an arrangement with a gym off site so did not bother. "
