The hotel was relatively new with some teething problems such as inconsistent hot water delivery and pool and spa were not yet operational. "This hotel is only a year old and is in excellent condition. The room was clean and modern as was the rest of the hotel. It does have pool and, although I did not use it, it looks like it is maintained. The location is only a 5-10 minute walk from the river and all of the restaurants which is nice. The staff were friendly and accomodating. I would definitely stay here again. "
