First time in Kampala, Africa

The property is fabulous! I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff is friendly and courteous. The only issue I had at all was the Timeliness of the Service. That said, I am from Houston, Texas and we move very quickly. So, as long as you have all the time in the world, the service is great! If they moved a bit quicker, I would have appreciated it even more-so! Majid Ale-Ebrahim

I had a wonderful 2 nights at this property. The grounds are especially nice as they are like the hotel name describes -Gardens where there are multiple choices to relax. The staff is especially amazing and always available to assist and made my stay so comfortable. I especially want to thank Hillary, Lillian, Sara, Oliver and Sylvia for going out of their way for me. This is a very poor hotel. When it rained, water leaked into the room and my bag got wet while it was inside. My bed was also wet from the leaking water. The room was not clean at all. Overall, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.
