"Upon our arrival we were upgraded to a suite and it was excellent. the front desk staff were super accommodating and always seemed to be working, no matter the hours. The rooms are spacious and super clean. We rented a car and there was underground parking. We love walking and could easily walk to the old town ( about 20 minutes) and eat and shop. However, there was also an amazing bakery about one block ( around the corner)from our hotel where we picked up breakfast and sandwiches for the day....

"The owner is amazing. My phone had died so I didn't directions to get to the hotel. I found a shop owner that called her and she walked 10 minutes to where I was and walked me back. Each room is individualize and mine had a private entrance. There were lots of personal touches that made the place feel special. I can't recommend this hotel more. If I am ever back in Chania I will stay here again."

"The hotel is very clean, the area is nice, you have a bus station to Chania 3 mins away from the hotel. Did not try the nearby restaurants but you have a couple of options from what I’ve seen. "One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in with the best service. Everyone was so welcoming, kind and helpful. Parking was easy as they have valet parking. Room is spacious, modern and clean. The beach and dining strip is only a short walk away. Central location to Old Town Chania, as well. Very pretty beach, and free sunbeds and umbrellas make it even better. The hot tub is amazing as well! Breakfast was very tasty and the dining staff were all very kind. The hotel restaurant was also very good and had a great view. I would stay here over and over again and recommend to anyone visiting Chania!"
