Считаю это лучший отель в Алмата, современный, чистый, уютный, все по высшему стандарту. Завтраки просто потрясающие - я никогда не видел нигде в других отелях любой категории, даже 10% от стандарта Новотель. Особо вежливый и профессиональный персонал. Высокая безопасность и в самом центре где удобно гулять.
Сотрудники любезно повысили бесплатно категорию номера, предоставив комнату с шикарным видом на весь город на 9 этаже. За счет повышения категории я сэкономил более 1000 долларов, чему был очень рад. Рекомендую от души.

It is close to the Almaty 2 train station just 10 min walk. There is a supermarket close by and lots of restaurants options. It’s also close to the walking district Arbat. A few of the staff don’t speak English but we were able to communicate using google translate. They are helpful. I had a room ...
