"No food available when we arrived tired and hungry. No room service. We had to go back out at 10.40pm looking for a restaurant nearby that was still open or else eat fast food. This is not the standard we expect from Mercure."

"Beautiful hotel, spacious & comfortable room, perfect location and spotless clean. The man who did our check in was very nice & helpful, but in general, the staff & atmosphere were pretty cold & distant. The restaurant & bar were closed 2 nights out of our 3 and the lobby lights were dimmed ..no ..."
