The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. Our room was huge, had a comfortable bed (but strange pillows) and a big balcony (sad view apart from the beautiful sunset). Zum Teil werden die Räumlichkeiten für Rehaaktivitäten genutzt, sodass der Eindruck aufrecht erhalten bleibt, dass man sich in einem Krankenhaus und nicht um ein Hotel handelt. Man sollte deutlich darauf hinweisen, dass die Wellnessangebote tagsüber nicht nutzbar sind wegen medizinischer Benutzung/Reha-Nutzung. Abgesehen davon waren Preis und Leistung...

"Charming, family run hotel in a quiet section of Plauen, close to the city center. Breakfast included and really good. Staff helpful. Owner kind enough to sell me a beer even though restaurant had closed. She found me a charger for my IPad, Room was small but comfortable, clean and priced well. Book early, this hotel is popular and fills up fast."
