"Staff for check in and cleaning were very nice and had great service. Free tuk tuk rides to places closeby. Communication over text and email was a little slow though. Room, pool, sauna, gym and changerooms were very clean but the steam room was under maintenance. Not sure why the pool lights turned off at 9:30 pm but closed at 10pm."

"This is a truly beautiful resort! The staff are incredibly professional and accommodating. During our stay, one of the travelers in our group who uses a wheelchair unfortunately injured himself in the shower. "I enjoyed my stay at Nimith Hotel & Restaurant and would consider staying here again, especially for a short visit. The staff clearly works hard to keep the property clean. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that many parts of the hotel feel dated and could benefit from renovations and modernization. The rooms and overall facilities show their age. An update to the décor and furnishings would make a significant difference and create a more welcoming atmosphere. The on-site restaurant serves excellent food and was one of the highlights of my stay. However, the hotel does not have a swimming pool, which I think is an important amenity in Cambodia's hot climate. What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and eager to assist. A special thank you to General Manager Sok Samphors, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. His level of service is rare and greatly appreciated. Overall, while the property itself could use modernization, the warm hospitality, excellent restaurant, and value for the price make it a worthwhile option. I would not mind staying here again. "
