"Pro: location Con: cardboard mattress The staff was very helpful and the location is amazing. However the bed was extremely old and uncomfortable. Do not choose the room with bed. Go with ondol."

"Lights of the unit were off from the evening of the arrival day till check out. No one responded after leaving messages to their so called emergency line. One of rooms heating was off at the same time. We had to sleep on the floor of the living room. Terrible experience"
