What does an upgrade mean?
"Our problem was that on arrival we were told that we had been upgraded. We assumed it was for the whole week we were there but it was only for 3 nights. After that we were in 2 different rooms. We had to insist that after only one might in a room, our next room would be for the remaining 3 nights. ..."

"Our room was lovely and had an expansive terrace overlooking the sea that had comfy sofas and lounge chairs. Our host, Antonis, was truly gracious, helpful, and a pleasure to speak with. Everything was clean, there was a very comfortable bed and an extremely welcoming atmosphere. We loved it!"
