"I had visited Kalkan on four previous occasions and enjoyed the lovely bar at the Elixir Hotel, although I had never stayed here. On a solo visit this time, I preferred a hotel over a villa, and booked a deluxe room at the Elixir. There are lots of choices in gorgeous Kalkan, but I made a very good decision. The room is perfect for me: spacious and chilled out with everything you need - exceptionally clean, lovely bed and bedding, delightful wood floor, two balconies (one with a spa tub), lovely...

"We have just returned from Happy Hotel, what a stunning location. We were treated very well by everyone at the hotel but the star was Hussain, what a lovely man and paid so much attention to detail. He looked after us so well. He made our holiday! I would definitely stay again, it’s quite a walk to town but the location makes up for it looking over Kalamar Bay and there is always the option of a taxi. Room was clean and lots of products to use in the bathroom, plus a kettle, tea and coffee...

"Water temperature was poor every morning. Bar menu needs upgrading. Nextdoor's The One menu needs to be looked at to compare what is being offered locally! Too many clients were going out to eat, where Rhapsody could offer good food if they were more imaginative. Lovely staff, wonderful location but just needs more drive & imagination."

"Great little hotel out of the way 5 minutes by taxi into Kalyan. Lovely views and hardworking staff. Just be aware there are a lot of steps and that there is a drop from the decking to the sea - not right for toddlers. Would highly recommend for everyone else!"

"Fabulous value at the Lizo Hotel this summer. Ali "Mr Charisma" Ay and his parents made us feel so welcome, and we enjoyed taking advantage of the private pool and delicious home-cooked Turkish cuisine on the rooftop restaurant with great views of Kalkan bay. Our rooms were spotlessly clean, each with air-con, a fridge and a sea-view balcony, and the location - a 15 min walk from Kalkan centre - was away from nightlife and quiet in the evening. All of this at an incredibly reasonable price....

"We stayed at Club Patara Villas, AKA Club Patara Apartments AKA, Prince Patara Resort As we understand it the Hotel manages a number of villas as well as the Hotel itself, this review in no way reflects Private Owners Villas that are rented out independently.................. On arrival we booked in and were shown immediately to our villa - No welcome pack, no induction etc - it was 10:30 pm so we gave the lad at Reception the benefit of the doubt and decided to just get an early night and go...
