"There was 1 female front desk staff that I observe to smirk when she heard me talk to my kids in English during check out .I could not remember her name.Being a front desk , staff should maintain a pleasant face under any circumstances."

"Beautiful place and amazing staff, but lots of ants in the room - in the toilet, on the desk, on the bed. Only espresso cups available in the room, no proper coffee cups. Thin walls. We can hear people laughing outside and in the next room. Bed sheets were dirty as well."

"When we arrived we were told that we inadvertently booked our reservation at their sister hotel about another 20 minute drive. Since it was raining and we were on motorcycles they allowed us to stay on the beach, switching our reservations. Perfect location, the rooms were clean, and the bed very comfortable. The best thing about this hotel was the staff, who bent over backwards in order to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Wonderful!!! Will stay again when in town!!!"
