"Celebrating a milestone wedding anniversary, my wife and I stayed in one of the nicest rooms; the SeaPine Flow Suite. We wanted something a bit special for our anniversary and the venue certainly didn’t disappoint. The room was amazing; an enormous open plan space with a super-king sized bed, sofa, two TVs and a wonderful shower, along with a large private pool and sizeable outdoor patio space. We knew from the moment we arrived we knew we’d picked well. Everyone was most welcoming and couldn’t do more for us. Being the largest room must’ve conferred a bit of special attention as everyone seemed to know who we were before we gave our room number for anything. Or perhaps they were all just very welcoming with great memories, but either way, it made us feel very special and well looked after. Special thanks staff; Vasilis and Fereniki - who were both super welcoming and chatty, greeting us with a smile and a cheery “Kalimera” every day at breakfast. In the bar - Elisabeth during the day and Savvas in the evenings, both very attentive with Elisabeth teaching us some Greek phrases and Savvas ferrying a never ending stream of different cocktails each night. Thank you both. It was lovely to be greeted by the hotel manager, Georgios, one night after dinner. And finally at the Meditteraneo restaurant - Ali was a lovely gentleman, wishing us many happy returns on our wedding anniversary itself and was polite and attentive, looking after us for a couple of nights."

"We have just come back from a truly amazing experience from all the team at Casa Cook! Anyone thinking of booking, we couldn’t recommend it enough- book!! You will not be disappointed, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, an amazing selection at breakfast and dinner. Wish we stayed longer to try more of the food available. Five star experience at dinner from all the staff. Stunning surroundings within the complex. We were lucky enough to be surprised with being upgraded to one of the best villas. Never experienced this before and wondered what the catch was, but no catch. We really appreciated this wonderful gesture! We are already planning on returning, when we were there, a few other people were returning guests, which speaks volumes. "Aweful. How to make people feel like they haven’t paid enough to warrant good service. We just did Half Board- and clearly this hotel prefers AI clientele. Couldn’t get nice coffee because we hadn’t paid for some package, so instant only. Couldn’t get sunbeds near the beach because we hadn’t paid for some service. "

"A beautifully designed resort with great food and fantastic private-pool villas We had a very good stay and genuinely appreciated how the hotel handled a difficult start. After an unpleasant experience with our airport pickup driver (not the hotel’s fault), the team very graciously upgraded us to a villa with a private pool — a gesture we really valued. The villa itself was fantastic: a huge pool, spacious rooms, and total comfort. We were thrilled with it. The food and drink options were another highlight. Everything was high-quality, and the food truck and ice-cream corner added a fun touch. The hotel layout and design are exceptional — it feels more like a thoughtfully designed village than a traditional resort. The kids club was fine and worked well for short visits. A few downsides: the beach is very rocky and gets extremely hot, so it’s not the easiest to enjoy, even though it’s conveniently close. And while most staff were helpful, the breakfast service often felt rushed and not particularly friendly, which stood out compared to the otherwise great experience. Overall, a beautiful property with strong food options and truly wonderful villas — we left happy and recharged."

"I have to admit I was not happy with my room. It was dated, with a non-working shower and full of insects, especially after it went dark. However, I cannot but admit that the people managing the property (a family of four plus staff) went out of their way to make this a memorable stay. They were incredibly hospitable and their engaging personalities ended up making this a memorable experience; one that would make me consider returning in the future; albeit in a different room (hopefully). There is a small menu available to residents of the hotel. Do try it. The prices are incredibly competitive and you will enjoy dishes representative of local and Greek cuisine, offered at generous portions and great taste. "

"Had a great stay. Maria is very helpful always ready when we complain about the ants in our room and Rafiq always had the smile every time we dropped by, telling us which bus ride and places to visit. "
