Our room was very clean and breakfast was hot. I was very disappointed that the pool was not in working condition and not made aware of this prior. I specifically looked for a hotel with a pool and had a breakfast and would not have paid to come there if I had known. So disappointing!

The young lady working at the front desk was wonderful and helping me with a problem. Expedia did a terrible job. Expedia would not accept the card number provided to the clerk from Expedia for the reservation, claiming that the reservation had been made through a third-party. Even though I had an Expedia confirmation number they continually insisted that it was not an Expedia reservation. The clerk agreed with me when provided with the evidence from my Expedia confirmation. Expedia totally messed this up meaning I had to wait for an hour to get into my room. The clerk did an excellent job. The hotel was very clean with a very good breakfast. It was in a quiet location. I was very pleased with the motel, but extremely disappointed with the terrible service provided from Expedia.

Friendly staff, clean facility, beds were very comfortable, breakfast had lots of options, 24 hr coffee and tea. Best location for places to eat and other store if needed.
