"It's beautiful from the outside, but it has problems with hygiene. It's also difficult to get to if you don't have a car."

"I was given a code to enter the front door and told to take a specific key from the cabinet behind the reception desk and left the key at the reception desk when I left. For my entire stay I did not see a single staff member. I expect that for some types of properties, but I prefer live people be there to greet me and help me if necessary...that's why I don't just rent an apartment with zero interaction with the owner."
