The hotel was really conveniently located near the train station, and walkable distance from the centre of Kitzbühel. Recently renovated hotel with friendly staff and great amenities.

Location was perfect the staff very polite and helpful and the breakfast was lovely

Perfect location for accessing ski lift and great view of the mountain Really friendly bar which has live music, breakfast was good with decent choice and good coffee. Didn’t eat in restaurant but menu looked pretty extensive

Very friendly staff, cozy, clean room, good breakfast. Onsite parking. HP-EV charging nearby. Received small Christmas gift. Very affordable rates! Recommended!!

The location was in a small alpine village with stunning views. There were walks from the door and easy access to cable cars for mountain walks and lakes. The hotel was immaculate and inkeeping with local tradition. The service was excellent and staff went above and beyond, even providing us with a breakfast bag on our departure day. Service was great...in both reception and the restaurant. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely amazing as always. We stay here often and love it. The room was a little on the chilly side but we were too tired after a day of skiing to report it! Overall we love this place and will we be back in a couple of weeks :-)
