"The entrance to the property is not pleasant and it is dusty dirty highway. I booked comfort Inn believing I will get an American standard hotel, towel, linen all sparkling and hygienic. The room did not have compatible electric fittings for my US laptop cable, IPhone, watch charging slots. It was difficult to believe a relatively new hotel will not care about it. "We were denied the room at the check in , despite showing our confirmation number . Shifted to some third grade hotel our room was full of mosquitoes. The owner Virender was helpful , however the same cannot be said about the staff. Staff is from rural areas, need training on hospitality."
