This hotel was convenient to the train station and fine for a short stay. The rooms have not been updated recently and the furniture and carpets show their age. The bathroom is tiny and two persons will have to take turns using it. However, the rooms are very clean, as is the lobby and reception area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially with our inability to speak Japanese.

Convenient location. Check in staff put up a straight face even though we approach the counter happily to check-in. Even when we were asking questions, she merely answer without a smile.

Excellent location, 3 min walk just attached to JR station. Rooms not so spacious but ok by Japanese standards. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Excellent location and value hotel
Excellent value for the money, and excellent location. The hotel is practically attached to the station with a covered walkway. Take the west exit. Wonderful breakfast, well worth having it included in your room rate. Good amenities, the only thing lacking us a room safe and body lotion. Other than that no complaints. We highly recommend this hotel. Perfect for using it as a base to travel in and around the Kagoshima area. Just down the street less than a block is a Family Mart, train station has a bunch of restaurants, and Bic Camera next door, great prices on wine and all kinds of things.

Location very good, just next to the station. Breakfast is cheap and good. Hotel staff are friendly. Room is just nice for two of us.

Convenient business hotel next to Kagoshima-Chuo
Convenient hotel next to the JR station. 1 min walk from the BIC Camera exit. Room was larger than the standard business hotel and pretty comfortable.

Good location which is next to train station and it has got its own parking lot. Staff are friendly in general but not too helpful. The most disappointing thing is that they omitted / ignored my request for a non-smoking room. I made the request more than a month prior my stay through Expedia but apparently they gave me a smoking room. For non-smokers like us it just felt very bad to stay in a room full of the smell.

近車站 設施備品充足 房間空間可以接受 有洗衣機及乾衣機真的很方便快捷不過乾衣速度稍慢，其中一部似乎壞了 房內沒有多餘空間晾衫（即使你自備晾衫繩）建議洗衫的旅客務必也要乾衣

推薦給的酒店，方便、舒適
在鹿兒島中央車站bic camera 出口步行約2分鐘便到，有天橋接駁到附近，方便自由行旅客，去哪裡都方便。酒店附近熱鬧，有百貨公司、便利店購物，多種不同餐廳可選擇。今次首先住了3晚，然後把行李寄存酒店1晚，去了指宿，回來後再住2晚，後2晚房間面向摩天輪，景觀美麗。2人單床房空間很大，打開2個30吋行李箱，也有空間走動。酒店職員親切有禮，英語溝通ok，若下次再到鹿兒島，會再入住。
