We deeply apologize that we could not provide the best service and made you unpleasant by poor facility and not very good cleanliness. Although we renewed some points 2 years ago, building has been here for decades and it is unfortunately a bit hard to keep them immaculate due to the ageing. Based on those reviews an requests, we are planing extra maintenance but it was a real shame of us that cleaning was not very enough even if it can not be perfect. Also, we regret that we should have told you a guide at night around here when you checked in. As you mentioned, there are lots of points we need to reflect on, and certainly we immediately tackle with them. We are truly sorry that we could not provided pleasing staying.
