I felt the staff were very rude and unprofessional. During check in, staff spent some time looking for my reservation on computer, then without asking for permission, took passport to back of reception and disappears to make a copy. (I assume). Failed to give me a receipt upon payment. I felt this was highly unacceptable customer service, especially by Japanese standards in hospitality industry.
I thought that the bathroom toilet smelled. I placed an eco card on blanket so sheets wouldn't be changed the next day to help environment, however room service did not even bother to make the bed. I walked into my room next evening like room service literally did nothing. Thus the room was not clean.
The TV had lagging problems and room service failed to provide complimentary water bottle. Overall, I had a very bad experience during my stay here. I would not recommend this place due to terrible quality of service in my opinion.
