"There’s definite room for improvement here. Our room wasn’t cleaned to a good standard the bathroom had stains, and the bedding felt old (we unfortunately encountered bed bugs). The TV wasn’t working, and the door system was unreliable, often requiring extra effort to get in. Food was on the pricey side for what was offered, and while the room includes a stove, it would help to have basic utensils and drinking water provided given the rates charged. "We stayed for 1 night but the staff were friendly and I recommend the nomads court restraunt . The pool was cold at the time but looked amazing and the room was clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool. Overall amazing 😍"

"Very responsive friendly staff, great accommodation at a reasonable price central within walking distance to shops etc. "

He...

"I booked in advance and paid in full. When I arrived there was no record of my booking. So I was turned away having to pay additional taxi fares a search for a new hotel having already paid for this one. I hope at the very least for a full refund. The virtual support was hopeless."
