I prefer to call this glamping since the bed in the tent is comfy unlike camping in the outdoors. The staff here are friendly. I respectfully informed the front desk of the issues and if the manager could give me a call asap. It's been over 48 hours and have not heard from management. I'm all about giving a business a second chance and will stay at the same room if the deficiencies are fixed. "
