"Large rooms even though a bit out dated. But very clean and spacious great amenities with many hot tubs on site. "

"Single king rooms are so cramped. Looks like it was remodeled recently poorly. The floor pan of the shower looked filthy. The chair in the room had a huge stain. Beds felt okay. Did not feel comfortable taking a shower no staff at the front desk just a kiosk that has a poor signal. I had to almost yell for the person on the virtual check in kiosk to find any of my information."

"The property was nice and quiet and clean. The check in process was quick and easy, they even drew the quickest route to our room. They offered activities such as star gazing and yoga at no cost which is a nice add on. The room was spacious and comfortable. The gym is very basic with limited equipment. For food the rascal is the only option but if you cross the street you have Safeway right there and a bunch of other places that you can walk to. We also walked to the sugarloaf trailhead and did some of those trails. (It’s a 20ish min walk from the hotel) "

"Checked in with front desk, gal was neither friendly or rude. She never looked up and never really spoke. Got to the room and it did not smell fresh. Air conditioner was very loud. The room looked like they hurried up to finish a remodel and did a very poor job. The shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall, so when you showered the bathroom floor got soaking wet. The beds were ok and the breakfast was average. Not the worst stay but would definitely choose another hotel if we return. "

"It’s a disgrace that Days Inn allows them to advertise this hotel—it is simply the worst hotel I’ve stayed at recently."

"The lounge and outdoor space was great. However, the room itself wasn’t impressive. The shower got water all over the bathroom no matter how hard we tried to prevent it. There was no exhaust fan and there was lots pink mildew along the floor. In addition, the room needed maintenance. My sheets had small rips, the walls needed the paint touched up, etc. We got breakfast one morning and it was extremely overpriced for what it was. We spent $80 on two coffees, a water, overnight oats, a breakfast sandwich and a pastry. The coffee and oats were good but still didn’t justify the cost. The staff was lovely but unfortunately that is not enough for me to go back. It seems the place was designed with “aesthetics” at the forefront without attention to function or detail."

"The check-in and check-out were easy. The free Continental Breakfast of a muffin, banana, yogurt with granola and coffee / juice was more than filling enough for us in the early morning hours. The other items they served for breakfast definitely looked good though! The location of this resort was very good for accessing the northern hikes around the Thunder Mountain area. It took a little more time to reach the hiking trails in the southern Oak Creek area such as Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte and Cathedral Rock, but still not terribly long drives. The room we had was good. We thought grab bars should possibly be added in the shower. The lighting in the room was a little dim for our taste. The hot water seemed to be almost instant which was great! It was very quiet during our stay which we really liked, but the resort wasn't super crowded. We thought the front desk receptionists could have been a little more informative / knowledgeable about area attractions. We asked about train rides to the Grand Canyon, and no one could respond and no literature was available. We know they exist, especially out of the Williams, AZ area, but one could give us that info. All-in-all it was a very good stay. I can't say the cost per night was worth the hotel amenities because I'm never satisfied with that aspect of a hotel / resort stay."
