" paid £410 for a 2 night stay. Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. "Helemaal fantastisch. Dit was precies waar wij aan toe waren. En alles klopte. En een top gastheer. Met 1 appje stond hij binnen 5 min aan de deur. Zelfs voor mijn verjaardag alles versierd en een cadeautje neergezet. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug"
