I was very happy that they could accommodate my room request especially since I booked it 15 minutes before we arrived. We travel to the KC area frequently we plan to stay there again if the room rates are in the same price range. "

If the hotel is going to be pet friendly, perhaps only certain floors or rooms should be as the turn around time for cleaning rooms is not enough time and the smell just doesn’t come out. "
