"Very dated and not well taken care of."

"We had a fantastic stay at this property, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and one of the updated rooms on the property. Pools were clean with good loungers. Unfortunately on our last night at the property we discovered a large American cockroach about 2” long. We caught and killed it but it certainly dampened our stay.. no signs of pest issues at the property."

"This is a timeshare type place they will try to sell you but they didn't hound us. Just asked while getting parking pass and I said no and that was it. The unit was nice but no ceiling fans and the AC had trouble keeping up and they sent maintenance out. Fixed it and next night same issues. We bought some fans and that seemed to help the unit. I would recommend bringing your own fans they have no ceiling fans to circulate the air. The location to the parks is great. The condos seem a little older but still nice. If it wasn't for the in room hot tub I would definitely opt for a few of our other favorite condos first but after long days at the park the jetted hot tub in the room was nice. We had a pool view room I would not recommend that because the first day kids were just having fun and it was like the windows were open. If we stay here again will request a top floor and city view. "

"Pool was under renovation, breakfast was cereal and doughnuts, the room itself was decent but had a distinct smell. Air conditioning was good. The curtails didn’t cover the whole window so had a light from the parking lot shine in all night…"

"Our stay at this property completely exceeded our expectations! It was incredibly family-friendly and truly had everything we needed—and more. The inclusion of three water parks with our stay was such an amazing bonus and kept everyone entertained. We also really appreciated the convenience of having a washer and dryer right in the condo, which made traveling with kids so much easier. We would absolutely stay here again!"
