"We were Rs. 10000 for smoking in the room. Then did not inform us in advance about this penalty They held back our bags till we were forced to pay Rs. 10000. If they would have told us verbally about the penalty we wouldn’t have stayed there at all Overall we were totally disappointed with their attitude.
