The breakfast was pretty decent.Dining area was clean and well kept.Staff was pleasant

We had a great stay at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. The room did get very warm (even with the radiators offf in December) but the windows opened, so we could cool it easily. Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a range of fresh and healthy food. We enjoyed cosy hour between 5 - 6pm, where the hotel provides a complimentary wine/beer/non alcoholic drink in the bar/lounge area. We would happily stay here again.

Super

We stayed 2 nights. The room was spacious, but pretty basic. We are at Sally's both nights. The staff were lovely and helpful. Unfortunately their superiors, not so. I had emergency surgery 2 years ago, as a result I cannot eat a full portion. I asked if they did a half portion and was told no. I ordered the Caesar salad with chicken slices. The room was clean, housekeeping did a great job every morning. We did 3 nights at the hotel and our room was clean every morning. Breakfast was good with a good selection. Staff all was very polite and helpful I will most certainly be going back to stay at this hotel.

A little piece of heaven in tranquil beautiful surrounds. Lovely staff are an asset to the hotel, friendly, professional and helpful.

Great place to stay. Breakfast (included) is a bit samey and by day 3 we were bored of it. Decent location, very clean, and felt safe and secure. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel, very clean and great additions such as the happy hour. Staff were friendly and facilities were nicely decorated.

Very comfortable hotel but a little out of the centre with few dining options close by. However, a 15- 20 min walk put you in the centre of the city. Good facilities

great location, staff very attentive - clean and comfortable

The hotel was nice and clean. Parking was available. Free if you parked in a certain area. Breakfast was not included but was reasonable and good.

We had a lovely stay in Citizen M Copenhagen. The only thing I would mention is that the shower corners needed some attention, Very modern hotel with extremely helpful staff. Cammy was very helpful & welcoming in our arrival
