"I really like the hotel, but wend I got to the hotel no one knew that I was coming even with my reservation number on hand, the villa was not clean I have to wait almost a hour with my family for them to clean up, there were no towels, no soap, no toilet paper,etc. the communication between the hotel and the villa owner was terrible it was a really bad welcome for my entire family."
